Du Jing Hotel Reservation Rules

Payment method: front desk payment (Visacard, Jinsui Card, Great Wall Card, Dragon Card, Pacific Card, Oriental Card, MasterCard, American Express Card, Diner's Card, JCBcard in cash). Note: The room rate includes hotel service charge, excluding other hotel fees, taxes and extra requirements of guests.

Usually, the hotel check-in time is 14: 00, and the check-out time is 12: 00 at noon. In case of early check-in or late check-out, a certain fee will be charged according to the situation.

Acceptable credit card types: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners' Card, JCB Card, TUSB Card and UnionPay Card.

Hotel reservation process:

Step 1: after choosing a hotel that suits you, make a reservation by telephone, online order or fax, and report the guest's name, room type and check-in date;

Step 2: After receiving your reservation information, we will confirm it within one hour;

Step 3: After receiving our confirmation, guests only need to report their names at the front desk of the hotel.

Step 4: You need to bring an adult ID card when you check in and pay a certain deposit.

◆ Warm tips ◆

Check-in: You must register with a valid certificate when staying in the hotel. Generally, the hotel will charge a certain deposit for some hotel items that you have consumed or damaged (lost) at the hotel when you check in. When you check out, you will return the money with a deposit slip. The amount of deposit depends on the regulations of each hotel.

Hotel notes:

1. Hotel rooms are generally reserved until 6 pm on the same day, and may be reserved until 5 pm on holidays;

2. If the guest is late for other reasons, please call directly to book the room after the reservation is successful. Credit card guarantee or advance payment is needed in special periods such as exhibitions.
