1. Phase II of Xingyuan Famous Houses, 10 Buildings of Wanjing Qingyue Huating Community, and 1 Building of Hongshimeidi1 Unit, Tiantian Fresh Supermarket Greenland New Landmark Store, No. 47 Huangzhou Middle Road, Unit 2 in Building 11 of Jinchen Garden, Unit 4 in Building 8 of Lanxi Phase 8, Unit 2 in Building 9 of Forest Peninsula Phase 1, Unit 3 in Building 4 of Tianweifengge , Unit 3, Building 11, Triumph Plaza, Unit 1, Building 5, Wanjing Zhenxi, Unit 1, Building 1, Yulong Peninsula, Group 4, Chengou Village, Sansu Town, Community No. 158, Suci Road, Unit 2, Building 2, Longxi Terrace, Duoyue 17 high-risk areas, including Group 8 of Shima Village in the town and Unit C1 of Picasso on the Left Bank Peninsula, continue to be managed in accordance with the prevention and control requirements for high-risk areas, and those that meet the conditions for unblocking will be unblocked in a timely manner. A negative 24-hour nucleic acid test certificate is required to enter and exit the community where the high-risk area is located.

2. Starting from 0:00 on November 28, the control measures in other areas of the region will be adjusted as follows.

Proactively carry out nucleic acid testing. Based on the needs of the epidemic situation, regional expanded nucleic acid testing will continue to be carried out throughout the region. The general public is requested to pay close attention to the nucleic acid testing time in this region, participate in an orderly manner according to the notification requirements of the town and village, insist on wearing a mask, keep a distance of 1 meter, and take personal protection. Cadres and employees of party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions in the region are required to return to work on November 28 with a negative nucleic acid test certificate for the past three days.

Actively play the role of sentinel. Persons with symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, diarrhea, abnormal taste and smell should take personal protection and go to the nearest fever clinic immediately. All medical institutions strictly manage fever outpatient clinics, and retail pharmacies strictly implement "five categories of drugs" management measures. Clinics and pharmacies actively guide fever patients to the nearest fever outpatient clinics.

Strict management of incoming and outgoing personnel. Insist on not leaving Dongpo District unless necessary. If you really need to leave, you must present a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours. People coming to Dongpo District from outside the province strictly implement epidemic prevention measures such as "inspection upon entry" and community reporting. People coming to Dongpo District from high-risk areas and key areas must strictly implement relevant provincial and municipal prevention and control measures such as centralized isolation, home isolation, home health monitoring, and nucleic acid negative certificate verification.

Strictly manage key locations. Farmers' markets, rural markets, supermarkets, hotels, parks, night markets, gymnasiums, libraries, residential areas and other places and catering units must strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, and a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate is required to enter the above places. Entering cinemas, swimming pools, gyms, KTV, beauty shops and other closed places, as well as B&Bs, online room reservations, bars, dance halls, bathing places, chess and card rooms, Internet cafes, electronic arcades, escape rooms, script killing and other ten major categories of places A 24-hour nucleic acid negative certificate is required. Closed-loop management continues to be implemented in special places such as nursing homes, children's welfare homes, mental hospitals, and supervision facilities. Square dance and dam dance are suspended.

Offline teaching will be resumed in an orderly manner. Teachers, students, and employees of higher vocational schools, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and childcare institutions in the area will return to school and resume normal teaching from 13:00 on November 28. Teachers, students, and employees in high-risk areas will comply with relevant prevention and control requirements. Off-campus training institutions will resume teaching in batches in accordance with the notice and requirements of the District Education and Sports Bureau.

Coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures for large-scale gatherings such as conferences, forums, and exhibitions. Implement "epidemic prevention bubble" on-site closed-loop management for key projects, industrial enterprises, and construction sites in high-risk areas to minimize the impact of the epidemic on economic and social development.

3. Strictly implement the responsibilities of the four parties. The management committees of each town and park must implement their local responsibilities, the competent departments of each industry must implement their supervisory responsibilities, all enterprises and institutions must implement their main responsibilities, and individuals and families must consciously fulfill their prevention and control obligations. Party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, communities, outdoor attractions, transportation stations, farmers' markets, shopping malls, supermarkets and other places in the region strictly implement prevention and control measures such as "one scan and four checks", body temperature detection, wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and strictly implement Health monitoring and daily reporting system. If individuals or units violate epidemic prevention and control regulations, fail to fulfill the "four party responsibilities", and cause the spread of the epidemic or risk of spread, they will be held accountable in accordance with laws and regulations.
