Architecture of hotel energy-saving management system

The system mostly adopts distributed structure, divided by function or area, and modular design. The whole system is generally divided into three layers, namely, the main control layer (station control management layer), the middle layer (network communication layer) and the field layer (field equipment layer).

1) station control management

The station control management layer is the direct window of human-computer interaction for managers of energy consumption monitoring system and the top part of the system. It is mainly composed of system software and necessary hardware equipment, such as industrial computer, printer and UPS power supply. The monitoring system software has a good man-machine interface, which can calculate, analyze and process all kinds of data information collected on site, and reflect the running state of the site in the form of graphics, digital display and sound.

Monitoring host: used for data acquisition, processing and data forwarding. Provide data interface inside and outside the system for system management, maintenance and analysis.

Printer: The system requires printing or automatic printing of graphics and reports.

Simulation screen: the system exchanges data with the intelligent simulation screen through communication mode, and intuitively displays the running state of the whole system.

UPS: ensure the normal power supply of computer monitoring system, and ensure the normal operation of station control management equipment when the whole system has power supply problems.

2) Network communication layer

The communication layer is mainly composed of communication manager, Ethernet device and bus network. This layer is the bridge of data information exchange, which is responsible for collecting, classifying and transmitting the data information sent back by the field equipment, and at the same time conveying various control commands of the upper computer to the field equipment.

Communication management machine: it is the system data processing and intelligent communication management center. It has the functions of data acquisition and processing, communication controller, front-end computer and so on.

Ethernet equipment: including industrial Ethernet switches.

Communication medium: The system mainly adopts shielded twisted pair, optical fiber and wireless communication.

3) Field equipment layer

The field device layer is the data acquisition terminal, which is mainly composed of intelligent instruments. The data acquisition terminal is composed of distributed I/O controllers with high reliability and field bus connection, and uploads the stored building energy consumption data to the data center. Meters are responsible for the most basic data acquisition tasks, and the energy consumption data monitored by them must be complete and accurate, and transmitted to the data center in real time.
