When did Wang Lun design and invite Li Bai?

There is a story in the supplement of Suiyuan Poetry Talk:

In the Tang Dynasty, Wang Lun in Jingchuan, Anhui Province was a chivalrous man. He made friends again and likes poetry and prose. Wang Lun admired Li Bai's talent and personality and wanted to associate with him.

On one occasion, Wang Lun heard that Li Bai was traveling in Jiangnan and wanted to go to Jingchuan, so he wrote a letter inviting him. The letter said, "How is your husband? There are miles of peach blossoms here. How about your drink, sir? There are thousands of hotels here. " After receiving Wang Lun's letter, Li Bai went there happily.

When Li Bai went to see Wang Lun in Jingchuan, Wang Lun explained, "Peach blossoms are well known in the pool, but there are no peach blossoms. Wanjia, the owner's surname is Ye Wan, there is no Wanjia Hotel. " Li Bai laughed at this.

Wang Lun kept Li Bai for a few days and gave him eight horses and ten official brocade. When Li Bai left, Wang Lun personally saw him off, reluctant to part with him.

Li Bai is very grateful to Wang Lun for his hospitality. He wrote "Poetry of Peach Blossom Pond" as a gift: "Li Bai was about to go by boat and heard singing on the shore. Taohuatan is deep in thousands of feet, not as good as Wang Lun. "

Wang Lun heard that Li Bai was coming to Jingchuan. Knowing that Li Bai likes sightseeing and drinking, he wrote an invitation letter, which said, "How is your husband? There are miles of peach blossoms here. How about your drink, sir? There are thousands of hotels here. " The letter contains topics with uncertain contents.

The "Shili Peach Blossom" mentioned in the letter can be understood as "Shili Peach Blossom Forest" and "Shili Peach Blossom Pond". "Wanjia Hotel" can be understood as "Wanjia Hotel" or "Wan Hotel".

Wang Lun used the former meaning to arouse Li Bai's pleasure and drunkenness, and used the latter explanation to justify his joke of warmly inviting guests.

Wang Lun's hospitality touched Li Bai, and Li Bai's poem "Peach Blossom Pond is deeper than thousands of feet, so it is better for Wang Lun to give it to me" became a swan song. This anecdote became a much-told story in poetry.
