The method I used is relatively simple and effective. Just soak in cold water 10 minute, and rinse directly with clean water. Some blood stains can't be washed clean, so they can be washed directly with Liushen soap. Because both blood and sweat are weakly acidic, if alkaline soap or washing powder is used, it will directly leave traces on clothes, while Liushen soap belongs to weakly acidic soap, which is more effective for blood stains. Then wash away the stains with clean water.

Wash the old blood stains, or soak them in cold water for a long time, and then wipe the contaminated parts with 10% tartaric acid solution or 10% ammonia water. Finally, wash with clear water.
