Hot spring resources are distributed in 8 towns and 9 main geothermal fields in the county, with a total daily recoverable geothermal resources of 30,900 tons, the highest water temperature of 92℃ and rich in metasilicic acid, radon and sulfur. 1970, the first geothermal power station designed and built by China was built in Dengwu Village, Tangkeng Town, Fengshun County, which is an important symbol that China has become the third country in the world that can use hot spring resources to generate electricity, and it has also become an important business card that Fengshun County enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad.
