Taizhou Yaoda International Hotel is a five-star hotel jointly invested by Hong Kong Jiaxing Group Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Huafeng Enterprise Co., Ltd., and officially put into operation on May 25, 2005. In June 2007, Yaoda International Hotel put the "five-star" evaluation work on the agenda and passed the evaluation of provincial and municipal tourism bureaus successively. On June 7th, 2008, 10, Yaoda International Hotel officially became the first five-star tourist hotel in our city after the final evaluation by the National Tourist Star Hotel Evaluation Committee.

According to the news from China Construction Industry Association, after preliminary examination, project evaluation and evaluation by the evaluation committee, 87 projects were finally selected for the 2006 Luban Award of China Construction Engineering (National Quality Project). Taizhou Yaoda International Hotel, built by Taizhou Construction and Installation Engineering Company, is on the list.
