Citic guoan is the first city in the world, located in the east of Beijing, at the junction of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, 52km away from Beijing Jianguomen, 70km away from downtown Tianjin and 20km away from Langfang. The foundation stone was laid on 1992 65438+ 10/8, which reproduces the style of the ancient city of Beijing in Ming and Qing dynasties. There are nine gates inside, seven gates outside, and six turrets, including twenty-two towers, connected by eight-meter-high walls. These towers and city walls were built according to the ratio of Ming and Qing capitals 1: 1, but the length of the city walls was shortened (the circumference was 5 kilometers), and the inner two-story hollow city walls were used as guest rooms, restaurants or office places. In order to ensure the quality and effect, all the city wall bricks are customized in Xi 'an.

The outer city is bounded by Qianmen Commercial Street (with a total construction area of 5000 square meters) and is divided into east and west areas. In the eastern area, Yuanmingyuan Scenic Area covers an area of about 6.5438+0.7 million square meters. In the scenic area, there are lakes and waters, lush vegetation and beautiful scenery, among which pavilions and pavilions reflect the style of royal gardens. The west area is Wang Fu, a characteristic quadrangle and a Buddhist temple scenic spot, which mainly reflects the traditional architectural style of China.

There are nine gates in the inner city, surrounded by city walls, with a height of 8m and a bottom width of 10m, and a 9-hole golf course in the middle.
