The nearest airport to Langkawi should be Kaipala Batas Airport. However, the flight there should only go to Kuala Lumpur, and then transfer to Singapore. So you have to take a ferry in Langkawi to Penang, far away, and then there is a direct flight from Bayan Lepas Airport to Singapore.

If you take a bus, take a ferry to the nearest Kuala Lumpur, and then take a taxi or bus to Aloseta, which is an hour's drive, where you can find a direct bus to Singapore.
