I. Nature and characteristics of the training course

Introduction to Hotel Management is a compulsory course for the tourism management major (undergraduate) in our province's higher education self-study exam, and it is also a professional basic course to cultivate, test and strengthen the basic theory and knowledge of hotel management for candidates.

Second, the curriculum objectives
