In order to promote the development of the business district in the northern part of Jinan's main city, the Group invested in the construction of Gaishi Logistics Farmers' Market in accordance with the development model of one-stop procurement transaction+logistics distribution innovation, with a total investment of more than 500 million yuan, aiming to build a one-stop procurement trading platform for aquatic products, tea, grain and oil, vegetables, beverages, agricultural materials and other products. On the basis of completed projects, in 2006, the circulation park started the cold chain logistics distribution project in an all-round way, planned to build 200,000 tons of cold storage, and introduced well-known enterprises such as Yili, Mengniu, Carlsberg, Luojin, Women's Aquatic Products and Guolian Aquatic Products. The total capacity of cold storage accounts for about 70% of the total cold storage in Jinan. After five years, it will occupy more than 30% of aquatic products market in North China, and form the largest cold chain logistics distribution center in Jiangbei, China. In September 2008, the group successfully launched the vegetable market project.

The company expanded the service extension to the maximum extent, improved the supporting service facilities, and built comprehensive service facilities such as hotels, guest houses, hotels, supermarkets and gas stations in the park. It is particularly worth mentioning that in 2006, in order to meet the needs of customers and school-age children of park employees to receive high-level compulsory education, the company invested 510.8 million yuan to build a provincial-level standardized school, which solved the worries of customers and employees about the long-term development of the park. Meanwhile, the Group invested 30 million yuan to build a modern logistics information platform. At present, the enterprise LAN laying, OA automation office system, intelligent parking system, monitoring system and other projects have been completed and put into use, as well as ERP system, logistics information platform, agricultural products wholesale market information integration system and so on. It is under construction to integrate the logistics resources of the park and improve the level of logistics development. In 2008, the Group was awarded as a demonstration unit of logistics informatization in Shandong Province. Today, Shandong Geshi International Logistics Group has become a well-known logistics enterprise in China.
