In the first academic year, new teachers' schools will organize them to go to hotels for follow-up internships, strengthen and integrate the theoretical knowledge in textbooks in practice, and at the same time quickly improve teachers' skills, lay the foundation for teaching skills courses, and accelerate the pace of building a "double-qualified" teacher team in schools. With the rapid development of the school, further training is also under intense preparation. Within five years, 10- 15 young teachers will be sent to domestic higher vocational colleges, and 2-4 academic leaders will be sent to Lausanne Hotel College in Switzerland for further study, bringing international advanced experience to our school.
