The school attaches great importance to the construction of teachers' morality, and organizes a lecture on teachers' morality every two months, focusing on teachers' love for their posts, care for students, education and teaching. The lecturers are all excellent teachers at the provincial, prefectural and municipal levels and model teachers' morality. Their advanced deeds and spirit encourage young teachers to develop continuously. In addition, the school made use of the media advantage of Blue Ocean Hotel Group's special issue "Blue Sea Breeze" to open up a column on teachers' morality, and teachers expressed their opinions on hot issues in education. The school adopts a variety of training methods, such as combining on-campus training with off-campus training, combining hotel post practice with academic training, and paying equal attention to educational thinking and teaching ability. In order to accelerate the growth of young teachers, the school implements the system of teacher assistance and teaching. Senior teachers or experienced teachers help guide 1-2 young teachers every semester, formulate and implement a help guidance plan, and improve the ideological and professional level of young teachers as soon as possible. With the rapid development of the school, further training is also under intense preparation. Within five years, 10- 15 young teachers will be sent to domestic higher vocational colleges, and 2-4 academic leaders will be sent to Lausanne Hotel College in Switzerland for further study, bringing international advanced experience to our school.
