Resignation in a hotel is not allowed.

If you want to resign, you only need to submit a written notice of resignation to the employer 30 days in advance (3 days in advance of the probation period) without the approval of the employer. You only need to keep the evidence of the written notice to the unit.

1. Sign a resignation letter to the leader and write anything, even if you don't agree to resign. Keep a copy for yourself after signing.

2. When submitting a written resignation letter, do a good job of recording the live conversation and try to induce the boss to say something that can be used as evidence, such as refusing to approve his resignation.

3. Send your resignation letter by express mail, don't sign it. The single piece shall indicate XXX's resignation notice, and indicate the recipient's name, contact information, full name of the company and detailed address. Express delivery receipt can be used as evidence of resignation letter delivery, which is legally recognized.

With the above evidence, after 30 days (3 days' probation), the company will handle the resignation formalities for you, and at the same time, you need to settle your due salary at one time. If the company does not agree, you can go to the labor arbitration institution or the labor inspection brigade to complain about the company.
