24-hour hotel accommodation law

Legal analysis: Our country's law has no clear stipulation on 24-hour hotel check-in, because the hotel industry belongs to a completely market-oriented industry, and the law can't make rigid stipulations on the specific check-in time and check-out time, which belongs to the autonomy of both parties. Under normal circumstances, the hotel will inform the customer of the charging standard for check-in, and the two parties will reach an oral agreement, and they can check in if they agree. If they agree badly, they can choose to change hotels.

Legal basis: Article 470 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC): The contents of a contract shall be agreed by the parties, and generally include the following clauses:

(1) The name and domicile of the party concerned; (2) Subject matter; (3) quantity; (4) quality; (5) Price or remuneration; (6) Time limit, place and method of performance; (7) Liability for breach of contract; (8) Methods for resolving disputes.

The parties may conclude a contract by referring to the model texts of various contracts.

Article 509 The parties shall fully perform their obligations as agreed.
