The difference between Nan'an Meishan and Luodong

1. Meishan Town covers an area of ??59 square kilometers. The origin of the place name Meishan: One theory is that it comes from Yangmei Mountain at the junction of Yunxi River and Kangmei, so it is named after the mountain; another theory is that standing on Yangmei Mountain and looking northwest, you can see that it looks like a five-petal plum blossom. A small mountain in Furong Village looks like Mei Rui. In ancient times, because the beautiful hibiscus flowers bloomed on both sides of a stream in the territory, the stream was called Furong Creek, and Meishan was also called Furong (the dialect homophonic for floating wall). In ancient times, reed flowers bloomed on both sides of the stream, so it was called Luxi. Luo and Lu dialect are homophonic, and Luxi was later changed to Luoxi. Places of interest include Hang Hau Palace, which specializes in sugar cakes.
