Tianlong Tunpu is a scenic spot with strong humanistic atmosphere, antique streets and buildings. Secondly, the Anshun Confucian Temple (and Wu Temple), the former residence of Wang Ruofei in Yelang Lake, is also a place with good humanities and scenery, but the scenic spot is small, so I don't think it's worth visiting.
