The relevant measures are now announced as follows :

1. All persons coming to Qixingguan must report to the destination community 24 hours in advance through the "Guizhou Health Code" applet and by phone.

2. For those who have traveled to Qixingguan in the epidemic-stricken areas within 7 days, the "3+4+5+1" health management measures will be implemented, and the management period will be calculated from the date of coming to Qixingguan.

3. Personnel with red and yellow codes from high school risk areas across the country will be controlled in accordance with the "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan".

_Those who have a history of traveling to high-risk areas within 7 days will be subject to "7-day centralized isolation + 5 nucleic acid tests";

_Those who have a history of traveling to medium-risk areas within 7 days will be subject to "7-day centralized isolation + 5 nucleic acid tests"; "7 days of home quarantine + 3 nucleic acid tests";

_People entering Guizhou from other areas of the local city will be subject to "two tests in three days" management after arriving in Guizhou.

The control time for people entering Guizhou from medium- and high-risk areas will be calculated from the time they leave the risk area.

4. In addition to the above areas, People coming to Qixing Checkpoint must present a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours to enter Qixing Checkpoint. After entering Qixing Checkpoint, they will check "three codes and one temperature", implement "land inspection", register information, and strictly implement the "2 checks in 3 days" health management measures at home. Another nucleic acid test will be conducted 24 hours apart. No movement will be allowed until the second nucleic acid result is available, and the test results will be reported to the destination village and unit.

5. Inter-regional service stations and high-speed exit service stations implement “must inspect every vehicle and every person” for all vehicles coming to Qixingguan.

Transit vehicles are strictly prohibited from leaving the highway toll stations in Qixingguan District.

Drivers and passengers of self-driving vehicles must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours, and the "three codes and one temperature" are normal before they can pass. For people coming from key epidemic areas and medium and high-risk areas, relevant regulations will be strictly followed Control measures.

6. The cost of centralized isolation shall be borne by the individual.

Everyone is the first person responsible for their own health. Anyone who comes to Qixing Checkpoint who does not take the initiative to report, conceals their whereabouts, or fails to cooperate with relevant health management measures will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
