Is Guangzhou Tanwei very messy?

Tanwei is a small island in the Pearl River. It is the location of "Double Bridge Misty Rain", one of the eight scenic spots in Guangzhou in the past. It belongs to Liwan District, adjacent to Hesha Village, and is one of the urban villages in Guangzhou.

As an urban village, Tanwei’s public security, sanitation, and prosperity are certainly not comparable to those in the city center. However, the villagers in Tanwei live a prosperous life, and the immigrant population is not large compared to other urban villages. It doesn't feel very messy.
