My daughter gets married in the hotel. Can my mother give her to someone else in the hotel? (Hakka customs)

I am a Hakka in Fujian. What we mean here is to send the bride from her parents' home to her in-laws, but her parents and grandparents can't go to her in-laws on that day. If it is a wedding, the mother can't send it, but she can watch her daughter get married in the hotel and can't follow her daughter to the man's house.
