Main construction process

The first stage (April 2 to October 2):

1. Boao Golden Coast Hot Spring Hotel: with a construction area of 21,189 square meters and 179 rooms (sets).

2. Villa A in Sun City: 1 villas with a total construction area of 2,916 square meters.

3. Hot spring water supply project and other projects: the water supply pipeline is 13 kilometers long.

the second stage (August 21 to January 22):

1. Palm (C) Island Hotel in Sun City: with a construction area of 11,391 square meters and 111 rooms (sets).

2. Palm (C) Island Villa in Sun City: 9 villas with a total construction area of 5,176 square meters.

3. Betel nut (B) Island Villa in Sun City: 15 villas with a total construction area of 4,522 square meters.

4. Recreation Center: The construction area is 5,419 square meters.

The third stage (May 22 to April 23):
