The Historical Evolution of Chongqing Library

1945 in may, the sixth national congress of the Kuomintang of China passed a bill to commemorate the achievements of American president Roosevelt who died in April of the same year 12 in fighting fascism and promoting world peace, and decided to establish the national Roosevelt library of the United States as a permanent memorial.
