If you owe money, the police station will not help you find someone. The loan belongs to the scope of civil litigation. If the Public Security Bureau refuses to accept it, it should be settled through civil litigation. If the debtor can't be found, the parties can sue the debtor in court, but they need relevant evidence before they can go to court. The court will announce the service of the default judgment. After the judgment is successful, the court can provide clues to the other party's property such as vehicles, houses or deposits under the other party's name, apply for enforcement, and freeze the auction of the above-mentioned property to pay off debts.

If the creditor cannot find the debtor's address, he may entrust a lawyer to investigate with the public security organ and other relevant units. After the debtor is missing, the creditor may apply to declare the debtor as a missing person. If the debtor fails to perform the due debt or realize the mortgage right according to the agreement of the parties, the mortgagee may agree with the mortgagor to discount the mortgaged property or give priority to compensation with the price of auction or sale of the mortgaged property.
