Where to stay in Hokkaido? Hokkaido Accommodation Guide
This is about the accommodation guide in Hokkaido. The hotel rooms in Japan are actually very small. You should prepare yourself mentally before going there. Now I will recommend some pretty good ones to you. Hotel accommodation, you can refer to it when booking a hotel.
My requirements for accommodation have always been good prices, convenient transportation, clean and tidy, because this will affect the experience of the entire trip, and accommodation costs are the largest expense after transportation, so in order to save money, I also Based on the principle of comfortable accommodation, I usually research multiple websites for accommodation. For this stay, I booked hotels (I feel it is more convenient to book hotels in Hokkaido), both Japanese and modern, all with hot springs (Hokkaido characteristics). I finally chose to book on e-road Dongying, because as far as I know it is a Chinese website owned by JTB, the largest travel website in Japan. It has a lot of reliable properties and standardized operations. Generally, there will be no overbooking or cancellation at short notice. situation; the second is that Japanese hotels, especially Japanese-style hotels, have a price advantage and have more choices on Japanese hotel booking websites; the third is that they often launch some hotel special offers, and when I made the reservation this time, I happened to encounter a special offer during the Spring Festival. activities (there seems to be a cherry blossom season special offer now), I really saved a lot of money. I have always thought that B&Bs are cheap (the general public thinks so). In fact, the prices of hotels are not expensive. Generally speaking, they are different and have their own characteristics. The fourth thing is that there is a very considerate thing about their hotel booking. The directions for arriving at each hotel are carefully written down, which saves you the energy and time of finding out how to get there. It is also much more detailed than the previous bookings made on other websites. This detail is still acceptable. When checking into a hotel or B&B at the same time, you don’t need to show a reservation form, just provide your passport, and there is no need for a deposit, which saves you a lot of trouble.
I visited many cities this time, so I stayed in many places. I mainly stayed in 7 places: Noboribetsu, Sapporo, Asahikawa, Sounkyo, Shiretoko, Kawayu and Lake Akan. The transportation is very convenient, which saves me the trouble of dragging my luggage everywhere to find my address. Each accommodation is basically very cost-effective and very unique. For details, you have to read my daily travel notes~
Of course, I have also compiled some cost-effective accommodations for reference if needed. My friends can leave a message with me and ask for it~
Wanglou Noguchi
Noboribetsu, the most luxurious accommodation in this trip. The location is right at the head of Noboribetsu Onsen, very close to the footbath (less than 10 minutes away from Hell Valley and the hot spring street). There is a free bus pick-up service, exquisite kaiseki cuisine in the morning and evening, and a huge comfortable bath Space (there are more than 40 rooms on the 10th floor of the entire hotel, which is too luxurious compared to dozens of rooms on the first floor of some hotels), each room has a private bath (four sets of clothes for each person in the room), and thoughtfulness. The Japanese-style services are the highlights of this hotel. It is the top hot spring hotel where the head of state has ever stayed. Apart from not accepting children under 12 years old, I really can't fault it.
Sapporo La'gentStay Hotel is located near Odori Park and Tanukikoji Commercial Street. It has convenient transportation. It has a Chinese-speaking front desk, public hot springs and no hot spring tax. The breakfast is also very good ~ the price Beautiful too.
Asahikawa WBF Premier Hotel (formerly: Asahikawa Lasso Grandi Hotel) has extremely convenient transportation. It is right next to Asahikawa JR Station. It is also very convenient to walk to Daikokuya and the shopping street. There are public transportation* **Hot springs, with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor options, and the breakfast tastes very good. The price is also wonderful.
The Daisetsu Hotel is located near the Kurodake Cable Car. The hotel has a shuttle bus. There is also a 10-minute bus to the Icefall Festival starting at 7 pm every night. There is unlimited crab and local food for dinner. Special hot pot, there are indoor and outdoor hot springs. The hot springs have an unobstructed view of the Snowy Mountains, and the scenery is excellent. There is a Chinese-speaking front desk, and the room also provides a local guide machine. You can also call for help in case of emergency during the tour. The disadvantage is that there is no wifi in the room (it is available in the lobby) and the breakfast is a bit simple.
Shiretoko Grand Hotel
Kita Shinyi is the only large Japanese-style resort hotel facing the harbor in Shiretoko Utoro Onsen. It can overlook the entire Sea of ??Okhotsk. Invincibly good.
The transportation is very convenient. Just a few steps away is the harbor and bus station. Downstairs is 711 and a variety of specialty restaurants and snacks. The hotel's catering is unparalleled, and there are many varieties of ice cream. It's super delicious~
Kawayu Daiichi Hotel
Lonicera, the four crab dishes for dinner are so delicious, and the line fish kaiseki dish for breakfast is also great. It is a traditional Japanese-style hotel. The purely Japanese-style rooms are large. The sulfur smell of the hot spring is very strong. There is a pick-up service from Kawayu Station. It is also a minute's walk from the Kawayu Snow Festival venue. The service is also very good. The front desk speaks good English.
The New Akan Hotel is next to the famous He Yabizaza, but the price is less than half of that. The location is very good. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. The Akan Lake Ice Festival is right at the back door of the hotel. There is the most invincible hot spring observatory on the 8th floor. The entire Akan Lake is displayed in front of you. When the fireworks are blooming at night, soak in the hot spring. It's really great! There is a Chinese front desk and there is no barrier to communication. The barbecue in the buffet is delicious. Although it is a little far from Daikokuya, it tastes great. Although the ice cream only has original flavor, it tastes so good that you don’t want to skip it. The disadvantage is that because of the high cost performance, there are a lot of group customers.
