How to get a refund after successfully making a reservation at Baidu Nuomi Hotel?

The specific refund process is as follows:

Step 1: Log in to your Baidu account and enter "My Nuomi - My Orders".

Step 2: Find the group purchase order and click "Apply for a Refund" under the operations on the right side of the product.

Step 3: Select the consumption code to be refunded/refund path (it takes 7-15 working days to return to the payment source)/refund reason, and click "Apply for Refund".

Warm reminder, if there is no word "Refund", it means that the order cannot be self-refunded at present. There are two reasons: 1. The glutinous rice coupon in the order has been verified by the merchant/the order is a mailed product 2. Refunds are not available for mailed products.
