It's "Six Days, Seven Nights"

The film tells the story of a young couple in New York who went on vacation to an island in Hawaii. The two fell in love with each other to the point of discussing marriage. Just after she checked into the hotel, the woman's boss called and asked her to go to the nearby island of Tahiti to take charge of a set of advertising shoots. So she and the disliked pilot set out on the road. Unfortunately, the aircraft's communication system failed during a storm, and the aircraft's fuselage was damaged during an emergency landing on a desert island. What follows is their adventures on the island: eating peacocks, being bitten by snakes, being chased by pirates, etc. In the end, not only did they survive, but they also became a family from enemies.
