What does a serviced apartment mean, and what is the difference between it and a general residence?

Serviced apartment: Literally understood as a hotel-style apartment, the difference between it and ordinary residences is that it can be operated as a hotel. Generally, the apartments are very small, with a small room inside. They will all have kitchens and bathrooms. Most people buy serviced apartments for investment. If you can't live in them, you can let the hotel management company take care of them, and they will give you dividends every year. If it is the first home for a family, or if you plan to live in it for a long time, it is better to buy a pure residential building. Better yet, most serviced apartments have simple kitchens.
