Travel Notes of Russia and Four Nordic Countries (IV) —— One of the charming St. Petersburg
Moscow Railway Station is located at the intersection of Neva Street and Ligoff Street. It is the most important railway station in St. Petersburg. On 185 1, it was officially put into use and was known as one of the "Top Ten Most Beautiful Railway Stations in the World".
Coming out of the railway station, the St. Petersburg guide is waiting for us at the exit. In St. Petersburg in the early morning, before dawn, the street lamps on both sides of Neva Street were brightly lit, with almost no pedestrians and occasional vehicles passing by.
The bus that picked us up stopped at the roadside about 200 meters away from the railway station. We put our luggage away and got on the tour bus. The guide in St. Petersburg began to understand and said, "Good morning, everyone! Welcome friends to beautiful St. Petersburg. My name is Sasha and I study at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. " Sasha is a beautiful Russian girl who speaks fluent Chinese. The trip to St. Petersburg has begun.
St Petersburg is located in the northwest of Russia, at the Neva estuary in the Baltic Sea. It is the central municipality of Russia, the capital of Leningrad and the second largest city in Russia, also known as the "northern capital" of Russia.
St Petersburg was built in 1703, with a history of 3 15 years. The city is named after St Peter, a disciple of Jesus. 17 12, Peter the Great moved to St. Petersburg, which has been the center of Russian culture, politics and economy for more than 200 years. 1924 was renamed Leningrad in memory of Lenin, and199/kloc-0 was renamed St. Petersburg in.
19 17 years, the October Revolution led by Lenin was successful here, and a brand-new Soviet era was created.
During World War II, St. Petersburg was then called Leningrad, where a tragic history was staged. German fascist troops besieged the city for 872 days, and Soviet residents fought hard for Leningrad and won the final victory.
It is reported that 642,000 people died of hunger and cold in Leningrad, more than 20,000 people died of German air strikes and shelling, 3,200 buildings were destroyed, the city was unrecognizable, and the streets were in ruins. After the war, the heroic Soviet people's reconstructor reappeared its former style.
At six o'clock in the morning, our bus stopped at Isakiyev Square. In the square, there is a tall statue of Nicholas I riding a horse. To the south of the square is the Maria Palace given by Nicholas I to the little princess Maria. Now it is the office building of the central government in St. Petersburg.
Isakiyev Cathedral, which stands in the north of the square, is the largest church in Russia, and its dome is the third highest circular arch building in the world. Before the October Revolution, Isakiyev Church, as the cathedral of the capital, was regarded as an important church of the whole Russian empire, and its position in people's minds was sacred.
Isakiyev Cathedral, together with St. Peter's Cathedral in Vatican, St. Paul's Cathedral in London and the Cathedral of Our Lady of Flowers in Florence, Italy, are called the four largest cathedrals in the world. It is the highest realm of ancient European architecture and art, and also the peak of world church civilization, with high ornamental value.
Before that, I visited St Peter's Cathedral in Vatican and Notre Dame Cathedral in Florence. Today, I witnessed Isakiyev Cathedral. We visited Isakiyev Cathedral several times in St. Petersburg and saw with our own eyes that when the Germans besieged St. Petersburg in World War II, there were bomb marks on the pillars around the church.

December Dangren Square
Members of The Decemberists were aristocrats who engaged in revolutionary activities in Russia in the 19 years.
The Decemberists Square is located on the Neva River, next to the Naval Command Building. There is a large circular lawn in the central square, and the famous riding statue of Peter the Great stands in the middle.
The riding statue of Peter the Great, built from 1766 to 1782, is 5 meters high and weighs 20 tons. The base is a granite weighing 400 tons, which is one of the most perfect memorial sculptures in the world at present. The front legs of the war horse flew rapidly, and Peter the Great sat on the mount, with bright eyes and looking ahead, confident, stern and proud.
Pushkin Square
Russian great poet Pushkin statue square, also known as art square. From Isakiyev Cathedral to Pushkin Square near Neva Street, there is a statue of Pushkin in the square. Behind the statue is the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg, the Musorgskiy Opera and Ballet Theatre on the left, the Russian Folk Museum on the right and the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Hall on the right.
In King Pushkin Square, although you can't stop to admire these sacred halls, you will be infected by the surrounding artistic atmosphere.
Pushkin,1born in Moscow on June 6, 799, died in St. Petersburg on February 0/837 10 because of a duel with his rival in love. He is a famous Russian poet and writer, the founder of modern Russian literature, and is called "the father of Russian literature" and "the sun of Russian poetry".
Pushkin's poem If life deceives you,
If life deceives you,
Don't be sad or impatient,
Gloomy days need peace,
Can you believe it?
A happy day is coming,
My heart will always embrace the future,
It's often gloomy now,
Everything is an instant,
It's all over,
A thing of the past,
It will be a wonderful memory.
Bloody cathedral
Blood Cathedral, also known as the Resurrection Cathedral, is an Orthodox church. Located near Neva Street, beside Gori Bao Ye Toff Canal, it is a church with Russian medieval characteristics. Gorgeous dome, beautiful outline, bright decoration and colorful.

Kazan Cathedral
Kazan Cathedral was built at the beginning of19th century. It was ordered by Tsar Paul I to house the Virgin Mary of Kazan. The most striking feature of this church is that there is a cylindrical top floor above the middle of the church, and the top floor has a straight dome. The semicircular colonnade consists of 94 columns, facing Neva Street and surrounding the square.
The cylinder looks like cement pouring, but it is actually a kind of stone with high hardness. In front of the colonnade stand statues of Russian commander Kutuzov and Russian field marshal Barkley de Toli. The church is resplendent with marble pillars.
Ekaterina Plaza
Catherine Palace is located in a small town about 30 kilometers south of St. Petersburg, also known as Tsar Village. It was built by Queen Catherine II. The pattern of the palace is exquisite and luxurious, the color is fresh and soft, and it is filled with feminine charm.
The whole palace and garden can be said to be full of poetry and painting, with intoxicating melodies floating everywhere and the fragrance of flowers and plants everywhere. The queen's debauchery still appears in the whole garden. The palace is colorful, extremely luxurious and resplendent. 1990 is included in the United Nations World Heritage List.
Many tourists from China visit Catherine Palace. On the way to the palace, several folk artists were playing music. When people from China come, they play the national anthem of the people of China and jasmine. When tourists hear Russian artists playing their own country's music in foreign countries, they take out their wallets to reward them.
Neva river runs through St. Petersburg.
state hermitage museum
The Winter Palace is a palace in the "Six Palaces Complex" of Tashi Museum in Elmy. It is located in the Palace Square in St Petersburg. It used to be the palace of the czar of the Russian Empire. After the October Revolution, it became a part of Elmy Tashi Museum in St Petersburg.
Cruiser Aphrodite
Aphrodite was a cruiser built in Russia in 1903. It is the cultural heritage of Russia and a symbol of the October Revolution of 19 17. This legendary cruiser has experienced three revolutions and four wars, and is famous for participating in the October socialist revolution in Russia.
Chairman Mao said in On the People's Democratic Dictatorship that "the October Revolution brought us Marxism–Leninism with a gunshot". This shell comes from the cruiser Aphrodite. When you go to St. Petersburg, you must see this meritorious ship and take pictures beside it.
I stood in front of the cruiser "Aphrodite", staring at the ship's cannon, and I was full of thoughts. Starting from this idea, China also has a boat, the Red Boat moored in Nanhu, Jiaxing, on which the great China Producer Party was born. Last April, I drove to Jiaxing and went to South Lake to pay tribute to this sacred red boat and take pictures beside it as a souvenir.
History is so similar and coincidental. Russian cruisers produced the first Soviet socialist country in the world. China's Red Boat overthrew the feudal dynasty for thousands of years and gave birth to a brand-new socialist new China. I admire Avril Lavigne, a cruiser in St. Petersburg, and I admire the red boat in South Lake even more.
From getting off the train in the morning to staying at a hotel on the outskirts of St. Petersburg in the evening, the one-day itinerary is very full. I visited three squares, three churches, two palaces and the cruiser Avril moored on the Neva River. For the first time, I got to know this most beautiful, beautiful and unique city with cultural history, architectural features, royal style and water city charm recognized by Russia, Europe and even the whole world.
20211/kloc-0 was revised and finalized in Beijing on October 25th.
