Ajule·Xinyuefu is located in the west of Chengyun Road and south of Litanghe Road in Xiangcheng District. It develops a residential project with a 70-year property right. The project consists of 12 high-rise duplexes and 12 stacked villas. Agile Group officially started operating real estate in 1992 and is one of the Five Tigers in South China (Evergrande, Country Garden, Agile, R&F, and Hopson Development). It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005 and is one of the top 20 real estate companies listed on the Hong Kong stock market.

1. Transportation supporting facilities: The project is about 5 kilometers away from the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, about 10 kilometers away from the Suzhou Railway Station, and about 4.5 kilometers away from the Suzhou North High-speed Railway Station.
