Grassroots medical and health institutions should find out the vaccination situation of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, diabetes, chronic kidney diseases, tumors, immunodeficiency and other diseases in the elderly and implement classified management;
8. Ensure the normal operation of society. Do a good job in commodity reserves of important livelihood materials. All kinds of market entities and production and business premises have returned to normal order in an orderly manner. Catering business units resumed eating in an orderly manner. The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
