Terms of Service of Suzhou Yadu Hotel

1. The room rate includes hotel service fees, but does not include other hotel fees, taxes and additional fees requested by guests;

2. Hotel rooms are generally reserved until the afternoon of the day of reservation 6 o'clock sharp, and may be reserved until 5 p.m. on holidays;

3. Usually the hotel check-in time is 14:00, and the check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you check in early or check out late, you will be charged a certain fee.

4. If the guest arrives late for other reasons, please call directly to reserve the room after the reservation is successful. During special periods such as exhibitions, a credit card guarantee or room payment in advance is required.
