Where can I get the green label (environmental label) attached to the car?

The so-called "green label (environmental protection label) attached to the car" is the correct name: motor vehicle green environmental protection label. According to the "Notice on the Implementation of the Management of Motor Vehicle Environmental Protection Labels" issued by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government (Suifu [2013] No. 25),

This label was produced and issued by the Guangzhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau. In 2015, the Guangzhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau announced 53 vehicle environmental label verification and issuance points. As long as you meet the qualifications, the green label can be collected at any of these verification and issuance points.
