In the same way, the last batch of people who worked at night worked at the day shift this time. So these people have to go to work once or twice a month, and the working hours are 24 hours. Two-shift system is relative to three-shift system, but the working hours are longer than three shifts, which will be much more tiring. )

02

Three shifts and two shifts

1) Configure three types (groups) of personnel.

2) From the work place, there are two classes of people working every day (divided into day shift and night shift), 1 class has a rest.

3) Rotation of work and rest order. Also known as shift work

4) From the employee's point of view, for example, two days in the white shift, two days in the night shift and two days off. (6-day cycle)

03

Class four and class two

Divide the staff into four classes, two shifts every four days. For example:

Day 1: Class 1 starts work from 0: 00 to 8: 00, and Class 2 starts work from 8: 00 to 24: 00 (some enterprises take over at 22: 00, so the next class takes over at 22:00).

The next day: Class 3 goes to work from 0 to 8, and Class 4 goes to work from 8 to 24.

Day 3: Class 2 goes to work from 0 to 8, and Class 1 goes to work from 8 to 24.

Day 4: Class 4 goes to work from 0: 00 to 8: 00, and Class 3 goes to work from 8: 00 to 24: 00.

Day 5: Class 1 goes to work from 0 to 8, and Class 2 goes to work from 8 to 24.

Take Class One as an example. There is a four-day cycle, the first day is day shift, the third day is zero shift, and the fifth day is day shift.

Four shifts and three shifts

Also known as "four shifts and three operations" or "four-three system", that is, four shifts of workers take turns to engage in three-shift production.

The four levels are A, B, C and D respectively.

Three classes means eight hours in each class.

Finish class three days in advance, take a day off, and go to work the next day.

After working for three days, I took a day off to work at night the next day.

After working the night shift for three days, I took a day off and went to work early the next day.

Morning shift 00:00-08:00

08:00- 16:00 in the middle shift

Night shift 16:00-24:00

When arranging, we should consider the traffic problems and the morning and evening bus problems to facilitate workers' commuting. The arrangement of morning, middle and evening classes is different, and there are also such arrangements.

Morning shift 6: 30- 14: 30

Middle shift 14: 30-22: 30

Night shift from 22: 30 to 6: 30.

Schedule of four shifts and three shifts

There are four shifts of work and one shift of rest in four time periods every day.

Six shifts and three shifts

That is, three shifts and six shifts a day come to work. Work 8 hours per shift, rest 40 hours, and work in turn.

On the contrary, six shifts and three shifts means that all staff are divided into six working shifts, each working shift is 24÷3=8 hours, and six groups of staff work in rotation respectively, and one group of staff works in 8 hours shifts.

That is, 8 hours, rest 8*(6- 1)=40 hours.
