1. Male and female half marathon (21.0975km).

2. Male and female half marathon relay (21.0975km).

3. Men’s and women’s mini marathon (4km).

4. Healthy walking for the elderly (2km).

5. Race Route

(1) Half Marathon (21.0975km): starting point of Zhenning Autonomous County Sports Center → Hongxing Avenue (return) → North and South Street → County Public Security Building → Wanxiang Grand Hotel → White Horse Bridge → Zhu Yingshao → Yangwan → Huangguoshu Yingbin Avenue → Hongyan Road → Tunpu Hotel → Beidou Highway → Huangguoshu Archway → Taxation Building → Performing Arts Hall → Hongyan Road → Yingbin Avenue → Huangguoshu Archway Endpoint

(2) Half Marathon Relay (21.0975km): The same route as the half marathon.

(3) Mini Marathon (4km): Starting point at Zhenning Autonomous County Sports Center → Hongxing Avenue (return) → North and South Street → Ending point at Wanxiang Hotel.

(4) Senior Citizen Walk (2km): starting point at Zhenning Autonomous County Sports Center → Hongxing Avenue (return) → North-South Street → end point at New East Gate.

VI. Participation Methods

(1) Participants’ age and group requirements:

1. The age limit for half marathon events is 16 years old or above (in 1999 Born before September 27).

2. Participants in the half-marathon relay event must be over 13 years old (born before September 27, 2002).

3. Mini Marathon participants must be over 10 years old (born before September 27, 2005).

4. The age limit for participating in the power walking event is over 50 years old (born before September 27, 1965)

(2) Participants’ physical condition requirements:

Participants should be in good health and have the foundation to participate in running exercises or training for a long time. Participants can choose an event to register for the competition based on their physical condition and ability.

Patients with the following diseases should not participate in the competition:

1. Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2. Hypertension and cerebrovascular disease Patients;

3. Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4. Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

5. Hyperglycemia Or too few patients with diabetes;

6. Patients with other diseases that are not suitable for exercise.

(3) Athletes’ food and accommodation:

(6) Each participating athlete (team) is responsible for transportation expenses, medical expenses for injuries and illnesses during the competition, etc.

7. Competition Methods

(1) Adopt the latest competition rules of the Chinese Athletics Association.

(2) The half marathon relay consists of four athletes running 5 kilometers, 5 kilometers, 5 kilometers and 6.0975 kilometers respectively.

Each athlete must wear a number shirt to complete the entire race, and complete the handover of the number shirt within the 20-meter-long relay zone. Teams that complete the race without wearing a number shirt will be disqualified for results and rankings.

(3) Competition Inspection: Inspections will be conducted according to competition items from 6:30 to 7:30 am on September 26th. At 8:30 am, a gun will be fired and the race will start simultaneously.

(4) Starting order: Men’s Half Marathon Relay, Women’s Half Marathon Relay, Men’s Half Marathon, Women’s Half Marathon, Mini Marathon Men’s Group, Mini Marathon Women’s Group, Seniors Walking Order Arrange in order.

(5) Closing distance and time limit:

In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of the competition for participating athletes, closing times will be set for each section of the competition route during the competition, and traffic control will be carried out within a limited time. From the start to the closing time, normal traffic will resume on each road section. Competitors who have not completed the corresponding distance within the prescribed cut-off time should stop the race immediately and exit the track to avoid danger. Those who withdraw from the competition can take the reception vehicle provided by the organizing committee to the finish line.

(6) Half-marathon and half-marathon relay races use electronic chip timing. All athletes participating in the competition must wear a timing chip confirmed by the conference. The timing chip and bib number will be issued at the same time. A deposit of RMB 100 per person is required for the timing chip. Please return the timing chip to the chip recycling office after the game and the deposit will be refunded. If the chip is lost or damaged, the deposit will not be refunded; chips not designated by the conference will be confiscated.

(7) All athletes or sports teams who complete the half marathon or half marathon relay within the closing time can go to the designated location for a half-price tour of Huangguoshu with two complete bibs after completing the race. Matters needing attention, and you can log in to the official website of the competition to check and print the result certificate.

(8) For specific requirements and arrangements for the competition, please refer to the "Instructions for Athletes to Participate" when registering.

(9) Drinking Water Station

1. Water station settings: 2 at 4 kilometers (mini marathon end point), 1 at 5 kilometers, 1 at 7 kilometers, 1 at 10 kilometers, 1 at 13 kilometers, 1 at 15 kilometers, and 1 at 18 kilometers , 2 half-finishes.

2． Drinking water station settings: 10 at the starting point, 1 at 2.5 kilometers, 2 at 4 kilometers (mini marathon end point), 1 at 5 kilometers, 1 at 7.5 kilometers, 1 at 10 kilometers, 1 at 12.5 kilometers, 15 1 at the kilometer mark, 1 at the 17.5 km mark, 1 at the 20 km mark, 6 at the half-way end point, and 1 at the end point of the Senior Walk.

3． Spray settings: The organizing committee has set up spray stations at 16.5 kilometers and 18.3 kilometers to cool down the athletes.

4． Toilet facilities: 4 starting points, 1 end point of senior walking, 2 mini marathon end points, 1 5km end point, 10 km 1 end point, 15 km end point, and 4 half marathon end points.

(10) Regulations and penalties for violations of regulations and disciplines

In order to strictly enforce competition style and promote fair competition, the organizing committee will conduct inspections on the starting point, timing points of each section and the end point. Video surveillance, and the following provisions are made for violations of regulations and disciplines:

1. Those who register with a false age or have other people run on their behalf after registration;

2. An athlete carries two or more chips at the same time to participate in the competition;

3. Starting at the starting point of non-registered events without following the prescribed starting order;

4. Failure to start according to the prescribed time at the start and jumping the gun;

5. Not stopping the race and exiting the track after the closing time;

6. Failure to complete the entire course of the respective events along the prescribed route, taking shortcuts or intervening on the way;

7. Disobeying the instructions of event staff.

※Contestants who violate competition regulations will be punished as follows.

·The organizing committee will cancel the results and rankings of those who violate any of the regulations.

·For those who violate the provisions of paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6:

A. The organizing committee will cancel their results and rankings and will not be allowed to participate in the Huangguoshu International Semi-finals within two years.

B. The organizing committee will announce the results on the official website of this event;

C. Based on the completion of the punishment work by the organizing committee, China The Track and Field Association will also impose the following penalties:

a. Issue a notice to all marathon organizing committees across the country, and suspend the participant (including the impostor) for two years from participating in events sponsored or approved by the Chinese Athletics Association Other marathon events;

b. After the penalty period expires, if the participant (including the impostor participant) violates the competition rules again, he or she will be banned from participating in the competition organized by the Chinese Athletics Association for life or Approved marathon events.

8. Medical Aid

(1) In addition to setting up 1 medical point at the end of the senior walking, mini-marathon and half-marathon, the organizing committee will provide medical assistance at each end along the marathon route. A medical point will be set up 5 kilometers away, and there will be clear signs 50 meters in front of the medical point. Emergency vehicles follow the runners' entry route.

(2) Along the running route of the contestants, the organizing committee will set up two medical volunteers and one medical rescuer every 1 kilometer to maintain the order of the competition and assist in medical rescue. During the competition, each contestant should act according to his or her physical condition at the time. If he or she suffers from mental or physical exhaustion, he or she should withdraw from the competition in time to prevent accidents.

9. Insurance

Each participant must purchase insurance by himself. The organizing committee of the conference will also provide each participant with a personal accident insurance from the start to the end of the competition (details See Instructions for Athletes to Participate).

10. Reward Methods

(1) Half Marathon

The top eight male and female athletes will receive bonuses respectively (see the table below, unit: RMB, The top three athletes will receive bonuses, a certificate and a medal after the urine test results come out. The top three male and female athletes will each be awarded a trophy. During the closing time, athletes who have completed the half marathon can go to the official website of the event to print out their result certificates after the race.

(2) Half Marathon Relay

The top eight male and female sports teams will receive bonuses (see the table below, unit: RMB) and certificates (the top three athletes respectively) Each team will receive a medal); the top three male and female sports teams will each be awarded a trophy. During the closing hours, sports teams that have completed the half-marathon relay can go to the designated location for a half-price tour of Huangguoshu, and can log in to the official event website to check and print their result certificates.

(3) Mini Marathon (4 km): The top three men and women in the mini marathon will each be given a trophy and a medal, and the 1st to 8th place athletes will be given bonuses respectively (see the table below, unit: RMB), certificate, the 9th to 108th place will receive an encouragement award, each person will be awarded RMB 50.

(4) The top 8 half marathon and half marathon relay athletes in this competition can visit Huangguoshu for free and attend the organizing committee’s thank you reception at 12:00 noon on September 26. In addition, Half-marathon and half-marathon relay athletes who complete the race within the closing time can visit Huangguoshu at half price with two complete bib numbers.

11. Technical Representatives, Technical Officials, Arbitration and Referees

(1) The Chinese Athletics Association assigns technical representatives, technical officials and some referees to the competition area.

(2) Other referees shall be selected by the Guizhou Provincial Track and Field Association, and the remaining referees shall be selected by the local organizing committee.
