Why do I feel a sense of loss after watching a good TV series or movie?

I think this is a normal phenomenon. I do this sometimes, and I guess many people will do it, especially after watching better and more emotional TV dramas or movies or even books. Personally, I think this is a feeling. It should be said that when we watch TV plays or read books, it usually lasts a little longer. During that long time, what we saw with our eyes and thought of in our minds were the plots and characters in the play, and sometimes we unconsciously felt a sense of substitution or got used to their existence. But once finished, it disappears, just like leaving with friends around you, there will be a sense of loss. .

In other words, in the process of watching, I will unconsciously connect the plot in the TV series with myself, and when I see the happy or sad ending in the drama, I suddenly feel enlightened.

Or perhaps, there are too few good dramas now, and after watching one, I feel that one is missing. When I find the next good play, I don't know how long I will have to wait, and my heart is empty and very lost. . .
