Lv Kun (A.D. 1503- 1587), the owner of Rufu, was born in Yuyao, Ming Dynasty, whose real name was Li Ru, also known as Nanqu. Later, he moved to Shaoxing. Jiajing entered the Jinshi in the 11th year, served as the minister of rites in the 32nd year, and joined the University of Taizibao and Wenyuange in the following year. Later, when Ding You returned to his hometown, the court changed dynasties, and he lost his official career, so he traveled in the forest for more than 20 years. He is the author of Zhai Ji, Xie Manuscript and Preface to Pavilion. This large-scale mansion, said to be thirteen students from Lv Kun, agreed to build a hall to thank the teachers. In fact, Lv Kun once held a high position, and he was able to build such a mansion by himself.
