4. Maintain good relationships with the city government and various media organizations, provide timely information on the hotel's latest trends, and strive to create a good corporate image.

5. Liaise with local press regarding press interviews and check-ins regarding hotel marketing plans.

6. Drafting news stories about the hotel.

7. Provide cooperation and

assistance in promotional activities for sales, catering or other hotel departments.

8. Understand the basic communication situation between hotel management and government departments, and collect and archive 30% of the key contact units and personnel information.

9. Maintain files of all media contacts and records of publicity results.

10. Have at least 10 copies of news materials on hand for immediate distribution.

11. Maintain the latest information files for each business location of the hotel.

12. Plan the targets to be visited for publicity and promotion, visit them regularly (monthly), and provide banquets if necessary.

13. Participate in large-scale reception tasks in the hotel and vigorously cooperate with the hotel management’s social activities
