Do I have to pay if the hotel wooden floor is scratched by an office chair?

1. Hotel wooden floors will experience certain losses and wear during daily use. This is a normal use process and does not constitute human damage. According to the principle of reasonable wear and tear, some slight scratches are considered Reasonable wear and tear does not require compensation.

2. The office chairs provided by the hotel do not have clear usage restrictions or special requirements, and if the user causes scratches on the wooden floor under normal use of the office chair, the responsibility will be allocated to the user, not entirely. This will be borne by the hotel.
