2. Open recruitment positions and number of people

3. The scope and objects of open recruitment
The scope and objects of recruitment are:

4. Eligibility and Conditions for Application
(1) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland, abide by disciplines and laws, and have good conduct , no record of bad behavior.
(2) Love education, be competent in teaching for the position applied for, and comply with the relevant requirements of this plan.
(3) Applicants are required to study the same or similar major as the major to be recruited.
(4) In principle, applicants must have corresponding teacher qualification certificates. Those who are included in the recruitment scope and have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate during the probation period after employment, otherwise they will be dismissed.

5. Recruitment procedures
(1) Publish recruitment announcement

(2) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration method, time and location:
Registration shall be carried out through online registration and on-site confirmation.

The online preliminary qualification review period is from February 17 to February 19, 2014. The list of qualified personnel will be announced on the registration website on February 21, 2014. 2. Registration requirements:

Applicants need to log in to the registration website to download the "Ruzhou City 2014 Open Recruitment for Experimental Middle School High School Teachers Application Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form"), which must be filled in in detail with a black pen or signature pen. This recruitment qualification review runs through the entire process. Applicants should sign a letter of integrity when registering, and the information submitted and relevant materials provided must be true and valid.
The ratio of the number of applicants confirmed on site to the number of people to be recruited should be no less than 3:1. If the ratio is not met, in principle, the number of people to be recruited will be reduced accordingly. If the proportion requirement is still not met after the reduction, the position will no longer be recruited. Applicants can apply for other positions that meet the application conditions. If they do not meet the conditions or are unwilling to change their application, the examination fee paid will be refunded. (3) Examination
This open recruitment examination will be conducted in the form of written examination and interview.
1. Written test
The written test is conducted in the form of unified propositions, unified organization, unified scoring, and closed-book examination. The original score of the written examination is 100 points.
The contents of the written examination include pedagogy, psychology, basic educational theory, basic public knowledge and professional knowledge, etc.
Master’s students can go directly to the interview without taking the written test (the quota of those who take the written test will not be taken up for the interview), and their written test scores will be calculated based on the average of the written test scores of the interviewees in the same position (with the same position code), or they can voluntarily If you choose to take the written test, you must confirm it once when registering. The time, location and requirements of the written test are subject to the "Written Test Admission Ticket".
Doctoral candidates and famous and outstanding teachers will directly enter the physical examination and assessment, and will no longer participate in written examinations and interviews, and their employment quotas will be listed separately.
2. Interview
Based on the written test scores, the candidates for the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:2 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. Those who cheat in the written test or score zero points in the written test will not be allowed to enter the interview.
The interview will be conducted in the form of a trial lecture. The interview mainly examines the applicant's lesson preparation, trial teaching, basic teacher qualities, language expression ability, behavior and appearance, etc. Uniform teaching materials or materials are designated for the trial lectures, and the content of the trial lectures is determined by drawing lots from the designated teaching materials or materials during lesson preparation.
The interview time, location and requirements are subject to the "Interview Admission Ticket". The interview score is 100 points.
3. Total score calculation method
Total exam score = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50%.
4. Bonus points and bonus points standards
According to the spirit of relevant documents from superiors, the following people who meet the application requirements will be given bonus points on the original score of the written test: retired people from Ruzhou who are not yet employed. (4) Physical examination and assessment

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards for Henan Province Teacher Qualification Applicants" (revised in 2010 for trial implementation). Physical examination expenses are at your own expense.
For those who pass the physical examination, the assessment objects will be determined in equal amounts from high scores to low scores according to the number of people to be recruited based on the total test scores. Focus on assessing the candidates' ideological and political performance, compliance with laws and regulations, moral character, professional abilities, etc., and review their qualifications.
For vacancies that occur due to failure in the assessment or automatic abandonment of qualifications, candidates who have passed the physical examination and passed the physical examination will be filled in according to the total scores of the candidates for the positions they applied for, and they will only be filled once.
(5) Proposed recruitment and announcement
The proposed candidates will be determined based on the results of examinations, physical examinations and assessments, and submitted to the Ruzhou City 2014 Open Recruitment of Experimental Middle School and High School Teachers Leading Group for review and approval. It will be announced on the original registration website. The publicity period is 7 days and is subject to social supervision.
Once the proposed personnel are announced, no additional recruitment will be made regardless of the vacancies caused by any reason.
(6) Recruitment and benefits
After the proposed recruitment results are announced, the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau will organize pre-job training. The recruiting unit will fill in the "Ruzhou City Public Recruitment Staff Registration Form", which will be reviewed and filed by the municipal education, human resources and social security, and establishment departments, and relevant procedures will be completed.
The teachers recruited this time are all professional and technical personnel from public institutions with full fiscal budget management. Newly recruited personnel must sign an employment contract and go through personnel agency procedures at the talent service agency affiliated to the government personnel department. The cost shall be borne by the employer. Personnel management measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the employment system. A probation period system is implemented for newly hired personnel, and the probation period is one year. During the probation period, the salary and welfare benefits shall be in accordance with relevant national regulations. If the employed personnel meet the conditions for using the turnover room, a set of turnover room will be provided.
(7) Disciplinary requirements
If fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who graduated in 2014 fail to obtain the corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates on time, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.
If the employed person fails to report on time, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
After the hired candidates arrive, their identity will be verified again. If any fraud is found, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
Recruited candidates are not allowed to move within five years, and study abroad must be approved by the education department. Otherwise, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
