Why is Malone Longquan Park Hotel deserted?

Malong Longquan Park Hotel has not been abandoned, but needs to be demolished to rebuild Longhua Commercial Center.

The signing ceremony of Zhongzhou-Longquan project cooperation was held at the headquarters of Longquan Group. Ms. Li Haifei, General Manager of Longquan Hotel, Mr. Wang Yongjin, Executive Vice President of Longquan Group, and Mr. Cile, General Manager of Zhongzhou Longshang attended the signing ceremony.
