Bidder qualification requirements:

1. Bidders with legal personality shall provide:

Valid documents that can prove the bidder's legal person qualification, such as business license of enterprise legal person or certificate of institution legal person;

2. Other organizations participating in the bidding shall provide:

2. 1 power of attorney of the superior legal person (or company) of this project;

2.2 valid documents that can prove the bidder's legal person qualification, such as the business license of the superior legal person unit (or company) or the legal person certificate of the institution;

2.3 business license of the bidder

3. Letter of appointment

4. Tax registration certificate

5. Credit certificate of the bidder: the 2008 financial audit report issued by the accounting firm or the credit certificate issued by the bank.

6. Social security fund payment records

7. A statement that the bidder has no major illegal records in its business activities within three years before participating in this government procurement activity.

8. Health permit (including accommodation and catering)
