From September 19th to 27th this year, one *** nine days, I want to go on a self-guided tour of Redang Island and Perhentian Island in Malaysia. I would like to ask about the itinerary?

I didn’t go to Perhentian Island. I didn’t have as much time as you. My stay in Redang Island in Malay was 5 days and 4 nights, 1 night in Terengganu, and 1 day in Kuala Lumpur. You can refer to my itinerary.

At present, domestic AirAsia only flies from Tianjin, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Guilin, Hangzhou, and Shenzhen to Kuala Lumpur. I departed from Guangzhou. I booked it with AirAsia because it was very cheap, and it was a round-trip ticket for my husband and me. Only 4,000, including tax. If you are in Shenyang, I suggest you start from Tianjin, which is relatively close.

1. Book your flight about one and a half months in advance, mainly because it is much cheaper. I booked it on AirAsia. The best travel sequence is to go to Redang Island first, and then go back to Kuala Lumpur for shopping when you have enough. There is a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Terengganu at 6:50 in the morning, arriving around 8:00, and then take an hour's drive to Merang Pier, which arrives at 9:30. Take a boat to Laguna Redang Island Resort. Two hours is enough for a transfer at the international airport, and you need to go through immigration formalities. There is also a boat from Redang Island at 12:30.

2. 3 days and 2 nights on Redang Island is simply not enough fun. It is recommended to book 2 3 days and 2 nights in two different hotels. One hotel is a package, that is, the cost covers food and accommodation. , play, book a cheaper hotel.

Because I took the boat at 9:30 in the morning on the first day and arrived at 10:30. I was at the Laguna Redang Island Resort Hotel (the hotel where I took the photo of Grandma’s Tea in the Summer), and then I listened to the information about the island in the lobby. We will give you some necessary introductions about food, accommodation, and entertainment. Be sure to listen carefully. It will be helpful for your future travels. Then we will take you to the hotel to arrange accommodation. When you check in, you will be asked to tell them your island plan. They are good Arrange boat and car. Since we can only check in at 1 o'clock, we stored our luggage there first, then went to the beach to play, then had the buffet at 12 o'clock, checked in at 1 o'clock, took a nap, and went to the high seas for snorkeling at 2:30 pm and took a boat for half an hour. , so beautiful, but tiring. The next day at 9:30 in the morning, I went to the Ocean Park for snorkeling. There were so many fish. It took me an hour by boat. At 2:30 in the afternoon, I went to the open sea where sea turtles gave birth to their babies. There were a lot of corals. It took me an hour and a half by boat. On the morning of the third day Watch the sunrise and check out after resting. It turns out that there are jungle adventures on the island, as well as boat trips, and underwater wedding photography. It is a great value, 1,000 MYR, 8 hours, accompanied by 3 dedicated people. It is highly recommended to take meaningful wedding photos or couple photos here. , unique! When playing on the island, there is no time to bask in the sun, play in rubber boats, or surf, because snorkeling is so fun and beautiful. I can’t swim. It doesn’t matter. I got used to it quickly. There is also a large swimming pool with very blue water, which is completely different from those in China. The animals on the island are all wild and not afraid of people. I saw a lot of monkeys on the day I left! There are many more that I don’t have time to go to, ~~~~(>_<)~~~~

3. There is a floating mosque in Terengganu. It is super beautiful. I stayed in Terengganu for one day and two nights. , because of the flight time. I went to Chinatown, where seafood is super cheap. Grouper is only 40 yuan per catty, and Bai Chang is 20 yuan per catty. The fruit ice there is only 1.7 MYR. In Kuala Lumpur or the island, it costs 8 or 9 MYR in supermarkets. The grapes are particularly sweet. It costs more than 10 yuan per catty in RMB, which is about 25 in China. There are also mangoes, which are big and sweet. One mango weighs more than 1 catty, which is about 8 yuan per catty in RMB. I I saw the same variety in Guangzhou at 26.8 pounds per pound. Anyway, it’s not far from Chinatown, so my husband and I walked. We stayed at the Primula Hotel in Terengganu, a five-star hotel with sea view. The beach here is different from Redang Island. There are so many crabs! There are also a lot of shells that can be picked up. Redang Island belongs to the National Marine Park and cannot be picked up. You will be fined MYR 20,000 or imprisoned for 2 years.

4. You can visit the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, but remember not to go there on Monday as they are not open, so I happened upon it. I was so depressed that I only took photos from a distance. There are a lot of places to shop and eat in the shopping mall below the Petronas Twin Towers. My husband and I watched a movie because it was very cheap at only MYR 11, which is much cheaper than in China. There are Chinese subtitles, so don’t worry.

5. The person buying tickets at the airport can speak Chinese, just ask.

Don't change money at the arrival counter of the international airport. 100 RMB only exchanged for 41 MYR. If you go to the arrival counter of the domestic airport, there is an ice cream seller, or you can exchange money at a bank opposite and you can exchange for 44.5 MYR. But I don't know what the exchange rate is when you go there. How many.

6. Buses and light rail are very convenient here in Kuala Lumpur. Do not take a taxi, which is more expensive. To take a taxi from the airport to the hotel in Terengganu, you have to buy the ticket at the exit of the airport. People will not rip you off. However, there are very few taxis in Terengganu. Remember to ask the taxi driver for his phone number. When booking with the hotel, remember to book a bus ticket from the hotel to the pier, which costs 18 MYR per person, or 70 MYR if you take a taxi.

7. You can buy a phone card at the Kuala Lumpur airport for 5 MYR. You can plug it into your phone and make calls. It is super cheap. International long distance calls are only 0.16 MYR per minute. I regret not buying it. I made a phone call at the hotel and it cost 5.5 MYR.

It cost 10 MYR to get from the hotel to Chinatown in Terengganu. Later, we found a way. My husband and I walked there and it took 40 minutes. Don’t eat in the hotel. It’s expensive. Take a taxi to Chinatown to eat and then take a taxi. The cost of coming back is exactly the cost of eating in the hotel. Do you know how expensive it is!

8. Anyway, Redang Island is the most fun. If you get tired of playing Redang Island, you can change to Sabah or Langkawi, but I don’t think you will get tired of it!
