How to prepare the dip of boiled shrimp?

Dipping method for preparing boiled shrimp: First, put the fresh shrimp in the pot and cook for about 3 minutes, and the shrimp will change color and bend. Then, mix minced garlic, Jiang Mo, chopped green onion and chopped coriander in a bowl, and pour in a proper amount of light soy sauce and sesame oil.

Preparation materials: fresh shrimp (sand shrimp) 500g, ginger 150g, a small amount of onion, a small amount of coriander, a small amount of cooking wine, a small amount of minced garlic, 4 tsps of soy sauce, sesame oil 1 tsp, a knife and a bowl.

Production steps:

1, first of all, this is fresh sand shrimp. After washing, use a toothpick to pull out the intestines in the second section of the shrimp back, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then, prepare ginger slices and put them in a bowl, as shown below.

3. Next, chop ginger, garlic, shallots and coriander with a knife, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then, boil a pot of water, add ginger slices and 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, as shown below.

5. Next, put the ginger slices into the pot and the shrimp into the pot, as shown in the figure below.

6. Then about 3 minutes, until the prawns change color and bend, turn off the fire, cover the pot and stew for 1 minute, as shown below.

7. Next, mix minced garlic, Jiang Mo, chopped green onion and chopped coriander in a bowl, and pour in a proper amount of light soy sauce and sesame oil, as shown in the figure below.

8. Then in a hot pot, pour a small amount of cooking oil and cook until it smokes. Add ginger, onion and garlic and mix well, as shown below.

9. Finally, the dip of boiled shrimp can also be done in this way, as shown in the figure below.

Precautions:

1. Wash the fresh sand shrimp and put it into the pot. The temperature during cooking should not be too high.

It takes about 3 minutes. You can turn off the fire and cover the pot 1 minute when the shrimp is burnt to a curved color, otherwise the taste will be bad.
