You can't apply for a fire permit to build a house or open a hotel.

If it is a self-built residential building, this is not acceptable. Those who need a fire permit do not necessarily belong to public gathering places. If it's a commercial building, it's ok. The house can't meet the requirements of fire resistance. According to the regulations, the scope of handling fire safety licenses includes:

1, theaters, video halls, auditoriums and other performance screening places;

2 nightclubs, music cafes, restaurants and bars with cultural and entertainment functions;

3, dance halls, karaoke halls, song and dance entertainment places;

4. Bathing center;

5. Indoor entertainment and amusement places;

6. Other public places of entertainment.

First, self-built security risks investigation:

1, carry out the investigation of dangerous old houses. Conduct a "carpet-style" comprehensive investigation of dangerous old houses within the jurisdiction. Focus on the self-built houses in the urban-rural fringe and three or more floors around the campus for business, congestion, unauthorized renovation and expansion, and unauthorized storey addition, further find out the base number, establish ledgers, and include them in the key monitoring scope.

2. Conduct safety appraisal on suspected dangerous buildings. After investigation, the building houses suspected of dangerous houses shall be identified and tested by a qualified housing safety appraisal and testing institution entrusted by the Housing Construction Bureau, and the list of dangerous houses for the record shall be reported to the competent housing safety department for the record.

3. Comprehensively strengthen the management of dangerous houses. Require the residents of Grade D dangerous houses to move out before 15, and take corresponding resettlement measures. Class C and D dangerous houses shall not be rented, sold or used as business premises, and the responsible subject for the renovation of dangerous houses shall be defined in accordance with the principle of "who owns, who is responsible, who uses and who is responsible", and unified arrangements and classified disposal shall be made.

Second, the building fire separation is not in place rectification measures:

1, residential areas and non-residential areas in the building should be divided into different fire prevention units;

2. If the building height of the contract site exceeds 15m, the building area exceeds 2000m2 or the occupancy number exceeds 20, the residential area and the non-residential area shall be completely separated by a firewall without opening doors and windows;

3. If the above conditions cannot be met, the types and quantities of goods produced, managed and stored must be restricted, or people may not stay overnight.

Three, since the building daily fire precautions:

1. It is forbidden to use naked flame in the production, operation, storage and rental areas;

2. Regularly check whether the joints of indoor pipeline facilities are leaking, check the corrosion degree of pipelines, the safe use and operation of gas meters, gas stoves, gas water heaters and valves, the maintenance of cooking stoves and the replacement of aging rubber hoses, the installation of gas facilities, and deal with water leakage in time;

3. It is forbidden to connect wires without permission, and it is forbidden to overload the use of electrical products. When laying electrical lines, it is necessary to wear pipes for protection. Contact with or near combustible materials should be avoided to avoid the aging of insulation layer caused by sun and rain.

Ninth public gathering places put into use, fire safety inspection before business, should check the following contents:

(a) whether the buildings and places have passed the fire inspection or the fire record spot check for completion inspection according to law; Whether the buildings or places that have been put on fire protection record for completion acceptance according to law but have not been put on record for spot check meet the technical standards for fire protection;

(two) whether to formulate fire safety system, fire fighting and emergency evacuation plan;

(3) Whether the operators of automatic fire fighting system hold relevant certificates and whether the employees have received pre-job fire safety training;

(four) whether the fire control facilities and equipment meet the technical standards for fire control and are in good and effective condition;

(5) Whether the evacuation passage, exit and fire truck passage are clear;

(six) whether the interior decoration materials meet the technical standards for fire control;

(seven) whether there are obstacles on the exterior doors and windows that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue.
