Four "Longquan" Scenes among the Eight Scenes in Yulin

The ancient poem "Longquan gushes water" refers to "Longjing"-Yangmei.

Reflections on "Eight Scenes of Yulin" in Ancient and Modern Times 1482008 Journal of Yulin Normal University No.2 Historical and Cultural Research Scenes in Southeast Guangxi. Longjing is one mile southwest of Yulin City, north of Nanliuhe River, north of Yunlong Bridge and south of Longjia Bridge. According to folklore, there is a well here, surrounded by brick walls, which is 1 m high. There is a dragon at the bottom of the well. During the drought, the dragon will gasp and drool purple, so it is commonly known as Longquan, or Longjing, or Longquanjing. Since the year of Xichun Sea, Confucius has erected a monument by the well named "Yingquan" in the story of "There is a boy singing: the water in the surging waves is clear, and I can stand on the tassel" in Mencius. In ancient poetry, the spring water of Longquan or Longjing contains a variety of minerals, which moistens the heart and makes the spring water reddish. The soil layer flowing through the ancient well is sometimes dissolved by red soil, sometimes propagated by red bacteria bath, and the spring water turns into summer purple, so there is the poem "Longquan spews and flows in summer water". In the 16th year of Jiading in Song Dynasty, during Hongwu and Yongle in Ming Dynasty, in the 4th year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, in the 19th year of Jiaqing and in the 4th year of Xianfeng, purple water flowed out five times, so it was renamed as "Ziquan". Some people think that this is an auspicious sign of peace in the world and prosperity of the imperial examination, so it is also named "Ruiquan". In the poem Eight Scenes of Yu Lin written by Kuang in the Ming Dynasty, he lamented that "purple water flows in summer" as follows: purple water does not often flow in the south of the city, and osmanthus fragrance predicts autumn. It is said that Xia Hong can reflect the figures, while Xiangguang insists on taking a photo with the faucet. With the passage of time, the spring water in Longquan is still clear, but great changes have taken place. Today's Longquan is just lying quietly in a lonely deep alley, covered by a high-walled water tower, and no longer shows the charm of "purple water flowing forever" in the past.
