How to make the hotel sewage treatment equipment run more stably

After the sewage is collected, the BOD5/CODcr of the sewage is greater than 0.5, so a mature process-aerobic biochemical method can be adopted. However, it is difficult to meet the standard by using the general sewage treatment process. If discharged directly, it will still bring eutrophication pollution to the water body.

Therefore, our company thinks that the process technology is more advanced and the treatment effect is higher. It can not only effectively remove organic matter (BOD), but also effectively remove phosphorus and nitrogen, so that the effluent can meet the requirements. (process is commonly known as A/O/O)

Sewage is collected into the grid well, and the grid in the grid well is used to intercept the larger floating objects and suspended substances in the water, and then enter the regulation tank. After the water quality is homogenized, it is lifted by the water pump into the A-level acidification tank, where the sewage is hydrolyzed and acidified, and the macromolecular organic substances that are difficult to biodegrade are decomposed into small molecular organic substances that are easy to biodegrade. At the same time, it receives the return sludge from the subsequent secondary sedimentation tank, and uses facultative microorganisms to carry out denitrification reaction in it, reducing nitrite and nitrate produced by nitrification reaction in the O-level oxidation tank to N2 or N2O and NO, and the effluent from the A-level acidification tank flows into the O-level oxidation tank by itself. Because the sewage is hydrolyzed and acidified in front, the biodegradability of the sewage is greatly improved, and a large number of microorganisms are used to completely remove the organic matter in the sewage. At the same time, aerobic microorganisms are used to carry out nitrification reaction in it, and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) in sewage is converted into nitrite (NO2-) and nitrate (NO3-), which provides good conditions for denitrification in A-class acidification tank. The denitrification mechanism of sewage is realized by continuous circulating denitrification-nitrification reaction in A/O biochemical tank. www.shblhb.net

The effluent from the O-level oxidation tank enters the sedimentation tank, and the sludge and water are separated and then enter the discharge tank.

Part of the sludge in the sedimentation tank flows back to the A-level acidification and hydrolysis tank, and the remaining sludge is lifted by the air stripping device to the sludge concentration tank for internal digestion and then transported out regularly. The supernatant of the sludge concentration tank is refluxed to the regulating tank.
