Hotel activity partition maintenance:

First, track maintenance.

1. Movable partition guide rails are divided into high-quality 6063-T5 anodized aluminum guide rails and steel guide rails. When carrying out maintenance, first push the sliding door to the dark board or remove the door at the entrance and exit of the track to check whether the track is worn, deformed or dropped, which has seriously affected the use of the door. If the situation is serious, please stop using it immediately and promptly notify the manufacturer for professional inspection and proofreading.

2. Avoid heavy objects directly hitting the partition railing (or door), and avoid sharp objects leaving scratches on the railing, which will affect the appearance.

3. Wipe the lubricating oil in the track with a soft cloth, and then wipe off the residue with rosin water.

4. After the above steps are completed, white lubricating oil can be added. Generally, a proper amount of lubricating oil can be added every 500mm on the track.

Second, the maintenance of partition door

1. After pushing the sliding door to a fixed position in sequence, check whether the sliding door falls or whether the gap between doors is uneven. If this is the case, the movable partition factory will use an open-ended wrench (generally wrench 14, 17, 19), the dining room is movable, the horizontal level of the sliding door is leveled up and down, and the gap between the door and the guard is vertical. As long as the sliding door is adjusted horizontally, the gap between the door and the door is the same.

2. Check whether the lifting wheel is loose. If so, please tighten the lifting wheel.

3. Check whether the change gear has been seriously worn, which affects the normal sliding of the sliding door. If yes, please inform the manufacturer to replace it.
