Looking back on the training of photography and makeup in 2008, I think the most worthwhile experience is: First, adhere to the training principle of "adults first, talents later" and attach importance to cultivating comprehensive quality. Second, pay attention to methods and management art in skill training.

Development aspect

In 2008, through our continuous study and observation in the mainland, our photography and makeup training institution in Xiu Xiu, Xinjiang has an unprecedented expansion, which is closer to similar schools in the mainland in hardware; In terms of human resources, it has yet to be formed. The following points were obtained:

First, vocational skills training needs continuous upgrading and updating of technical ability, especially in photography and makeup. It is an art industry that is at the forefront of the times, and teachers must be required to have new ideas of advanced art in order to be unique in the industry;

Second, the work attitude should be serious and responsible, caring, with noble artistic pursuit ideas and a sense of teamwork. Our work is not done by one person, but by teamwork.

Third, the system must be perfect, which is conducive to team development.

Fourth, enrollment consultation must be polite (such as: hello! what can I do for you? ), the tone must be full, and there can be no "I don't know, what seems to be, what may be, what is probably." In other words, when answering the consultant, you must face the consultant with a positive tone and a caring attitude.

Teaching aspect

First, training behavior habits. Some students have bad habits. How to correct bad habits and form good habits, I adopt the method of "reasoning first, then practicing" in my work. For example, some students love to be late for class, so they can make excuses at any time. I ask students to "can't do this". What if I often say "if this happens" before class? Give examples to illustrate that doing so does more harm than good. Then, the actual operation training followed.

Second, pay attention to students' academic performance and pay more attention to the cultivation of people's quality. Only by improving the quality of students can we ensure the continuous improvement of academic performance. Therefore, I aim to improve students' quality and cultivate their good abilities through case analysis. At the same time, we never let go of any educational opportunity and achieved good results.

Third, pay attention to students' mental health education. Everyone is not perfect, psychologically, it is inevitable that there will be such shortcomings. These psychological weaknesses often lead to various behavioral problems, such as emotions and behaviors out of control, thus affecting normal study and life and hindering the healthy development of psychology. Grasping students' psychological health education can improve the teaching quality. So I use some spare time and outdoor activities to relieve students' psychological pressure, adjust their mentality, enhance students' self-confidence, pride and other positive emotional experiences, so that they can easily and happily devote themselves to their studies.

Fourth, pay more attention to students with problems. Any teacher likes students with excellent academic performance, because it is easy to get results by working hard on them, and teachers can easily get a sense of accomplishment. However, due to the influence of family, personal and other factors, the problem students are not satisfactory in all aspects, and they have invested more energy but have little effect. If, in the training work, teachers criticize and accuse such students more, but care less for help. As a result, the problem has not been solved, or even more. I reflected on my attitude and educational behavior towards problem students in the past, and I was more patient and meticulous about students' ideological work, giving them more care and love.

5. From regular education to successful training. Successful training refers to encouraging students with psychological and behavioral deviations caused by bad environment to obtain successful education, such as students in our class. For these students with incomplete families and abnormal habits, general preaching and daily education have no effect. I try to avoid staring at their shortcomings, try my best to search for their bright spots and strengthen them. I often affirm and appreciate them, let them feel the trust and expectation of teachers, thus inspiring their self-love, self-esteem and self-confidence and working hard in the direction expected by teachers. In this way, bad habits can be easily diluted or overcome.

Sixth, cultivate a sense of competition. Today's society is a competitive society. Cultivating students' sense of competition is beneficial to their future development. Every class meeting, I have an appraisal activity. In order to make every student get good grades, I set up a group of students with good academic performance, caring that they have the opportunity to participate in the teacher's creative activities. By cultivating students' competitive consciousness, we can mobilize each student's competitive consciousness and participation consciousness, and promote the healthy and all-round development of the whole class. ...........
