The creative background of eighteen prohibitions

"Some things are more powerful in words, some things are more powerful in movies, and some things are more powerful in music." Han Han's initial intention of being "seduced" by the release of a record was to try a special experience: writing in a different form from all the previous ones and writing his own lyrics. At the end of 2005, Han Han signed a contract with Tian Yun Culture, the only production company of Universal Records in China, and became the first creative artist with literary flavor, which also represented the arrival of another new form of original music, Music Literature School.

Record companies took great pains to make records for Han Han and respected Han Han's personal choice. The company prepared hundreds of demo for Han Han, all of which were selected by Han Han himself. Only when you feel can you sing, and only when you feel can you have good words. So from the end of 2005 to September 2006, Han Han communicated with record companies again, choosing songs, writing lyrics, recording and shooting, and traveled back and forth between Shanghai and Beijing, inviting outstanding domestic producers, musicians and photographers to cooperate and coordinate as much as possible. MV shooting has experienced cold spring, summer inflammation and cool autumn, and some content has experienced the word "forbidden", and finally it is in Han Han 24.

As for the first complete music CD named Eighteen Flags, Han Han said that he didn't want people with limited understanding to listen to his record with good content, and he didn't want people under 18 or people who were too stupid to listen to it, so he named it Eighteen Flags.

In the album "Eighteen Banners", except Han Han's cover of his personal favorites "Me" and "Dreamcatcher", the lyrics of the other eight songs were written by Han Han. Han Han said that he chose the cover of Me because he likes Leslie Cheung's songs and his unique personality. I chose Dreamcatcher because Tayu Lo is not only an example of his singing, but also Tayu Lo's songs have influenced his life. In addition, Han Han thinks that his voice condition is quite suitable for interpreting Tayu Lo's songs, so he chose a cover of Tayu Lo's masterpiece The Dreamcatcher.
