Chrysler architectural culture

As a part of the new york City skyline, Chrysler Building has been described in countless media as movies, photography, videos, games, art, advertisements, music, literature and even fashion, because its use undoubtedly quickly established the venue of the event. In music, 1993 MeatLoaf's album BatOutofHellII:BackIntoHell, the cover of which was produced by MichaelWhelann, depicts the scene of devil bats occupying the top floor of Chrysler Building.

There are Chrysler Building in many famous movies, such as 1998 movie Deep Impact. In another movie, Marvel Four Superman II: Fantastic Four: Riseofthesilversurfer. Steven Allan Spielberg's A.I. artificial intelligence, the Chrysler Building was completely submerged, just like an alien guiding his plane through Manhattan. It also appeared in Spider-Man movies.

Chrysler Building must be the strangest office building in America. Its hall is not used by German expressionists. Large pieces of black Belgian granite decorate the entrance, just like the stage curtain of ancient Greece and Rome. The zigzag metal decoration at the entrance seems to have escaped from FritzLang's film Metropolis. The triangular hall is a dark and strange crystal angel with a side light behind a translucent quartz stone. Entering here is like entering Valkyrie, not attending a business meeting. The image of Chrysler building was copied on the ceiling mural of the building.

The original viewing gallery can be used as a scene in the movie "Amazing Craft". Caligari: The roof is divided into planes, the walls are painted like stars in the night sky, and the lighting layout is like Saturn. The "Cloud Club", which occupies two floors, is famous for its unique panoramic view of new york under the Chrysler triangle window. In the cigar room, millionaires in the prohibition era hid their wines in special boxes and put them under cigar-colored mats. Walter chrysler sleeps in the glory of baroque style: the fireplace in A Duo's double bedroom, where someone can walk in.
