Yucha Grand Canyon in Ganquan County, Yan 'an, Shaanxi Province is located in Yuchagou, Xiasiwan Town, 56 kilometers northwest of Ganquan County. In 2005, eight canyons were discovered, namely Huashugou, Nanhe Mudan Gully, Naiyagou, Longbagou, Yuchahua Baocha ... Recently, the heart-shaped canyon, Zhidan County Canyon, Ansai County Canyon and so on. It has also been found that Danxia landform canyon is formed, which looks like American antelope valley and is beautiful. For example, Huashugou Canyon is about 800 meters long and Longbagou Canyon is about 3000 meters long. More than a dozen people can walk side by side in the widest part of Shehuogou Canyon, and one person has to squeeze through the narrow part.

It is preliminarily determined that the Yufa Grand Canyon was formed by a strong earthquake in northern Shaanxi about hundreds of millions of years ago. The mountains are separated by cracks, which are wide and narrow. The torrential rain on the plateau caused flash floods, and the surface was cut and washed away, gradually forming such a strange canyon landform carved by wind, water and time. The gorge wall is concave and convex, and the lines are beautiful and smooth. Walking through the narrow ravine, the clear and smooth wave stripes washed out by water and wind on the rock wall flow past you like running water. Through the narrow gap, the sunlight reflects charming colors on the rock wall, from bright orange to bright red, fantastic, gorgeous and elegant, as if God had left light and shadow after touching it. With the change of sunshine, time and angle, red sandstone also shows various changes of excellent tones. Gorgeous rocks and softness are wonderfully combined. Hard and rough rocks can actually show all kinds of tenderness with textures ... When you enter the canyon, you will feel the magic of nature like entering a maze, which will shock you, fascinate you and make you think. Experts call it "the wonder of natural ground fissures in the Loess Plateau", which belongs to the unique geological beauty of northern Shaanxi.

My summary, photographers must do the following when shooting:

The canyon is now basically in a natural state. In order to prevent accidents, since April 2065438+2007, the government of Ganquan County temporarily closed the canyon and began geological exploration and other related work.
